Website use
This website provides information about OPREVIQ services. Information is general and does not form a contract until a written service agreement is accepted by both parties.
Services and scope
Services are provided as scheduled monthly coverage. Scope, hours, channels, inclusions and exclusions are agreed in writing during onboarding. Services are not 24/7, and no unlimited enquiries or guaranteed resolution times are offered.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for their policies, refund decisions, legal compliance, product information and the access they grant. Clients should grant the minimum access needed and may remove it at any time.
Fees
Package prices shown on the website are proposed monthly prices. The fees, payment terms and notice period applying to a client are set out in the written agreement.
Liability
Liability terms are set out in the written service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
